Who is eligible?
Adults aged 60+ can participate in the program.

What specific services do in-home aides provide?
Services may include (but are not limited to) light housekeeping, cooking and relieving family members caring for people who are homebound.

What are the benefits of the program?
In-home aides provide the types of support that can enable seniors to continue to live independently.  They serve as a friendly face for those who otherwise might be socially isolated and are an important resource for information on other community services that are available.

How much does an in-home aide cost?
There is NO fee for the in-home aide service.  We do ask, though, that participants contribute what they can.  No one will be denied service if they are unable to contribute.  All contributions are used to expand services

Where is the service available?
In-home aide services are available throughout Montgomery County.
