COVID Vaccine Information
COVID-19 vaccines are available in North Carolina to everyone ages 16 and older. Montgomery County Department of Health is only providing the Moderna vaccine.
The Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine is the only one given emergency-use authorization by the FDA for 16- and 17-year-olds.
According to the information on myspot.nc.gov the following locations have Pfizer vaccine:

Registration is open now. Printable forms are available at the link below or at the Montgomery County Library located at 215 West Main Street in Troy. Forms will be processed as vaccine is available.
Forms can be placed in the Information Box located at the front entrance of the Montgomery County Health Department located at 217 South Main Street in Troy. Forms can also be placed in the night deposit box located at 102 East Spring Street in Troy.
